Apple has released the SDK and firmware for iOS 4.1 Beta 3 to developers.

The build number for the SDK is 10M2308 and the build number for the firmware is 8B5097d.

It’s unclear what features are new in this beta; however, Apple may have fixed the PDF vulnerability that allows your to jailbreak your iPhone on iOS 4. As usual this release is intended for developers only.

Another promised feature of the 4.1 firmware is a fix for iPhone 4 proximity issues. There were conflicting reports on whether this was fixed in iOS 4.1 Beta 2.

Changes So Far in 4.1 Beta:
? Signal Bars fixed and taller
? New Baseband (02.07.01)
? Game Center is back with new look
? Camera Switch and Flash buttons reposition in landscape mode
? You can now choose to add Favorite as voice or FaceTime.
? Spell Check can be turned off in Settings
? FaceTime and Game Center Parental Controls
? Full Bluetooth AVRCP Support
